1. How Buyers Can Request a Refund

  • Buyers can initiate a refund request directly from their account.

  • Once submitted, the request is sent to the seller’s Vendor Dashboard for review.

2. Sellers’ Options for Refund Requests

As a seller, you can:

  • Approve the refund request.

  • Reject the refund request.

  • Communicate with the buyer to resolve any issues.

3. Escalating a Refund to Sodephomnay Administration

  • If a buyer isn’t satisfied with the seller’s response, they can escalate the matter to Sodephomnay Administration via the Help Center.

4. Admin Approval Process

  • When you, the seller, approve a refund, it is forwarded to the Sodephomnay's Administrators for final approval.

  • Once approved by the Admin:

    • The refund amount is automatically deducted from your seller balance.

    • The Admin will manually transfer the refund to the buyer’s payment account (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.), as external banking integration is not supported.

  • Buyers will receive email notifications for every update during the refund process, ensuring transparency and clarity.
